Transaction Coordinator

About the role

Midfield Realty is seeking a detail‑driven Transaction Coordinator to manage all paperwork, documentation, and closing processes for commercial real‑estate deals from listing to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the seller’s single point of contact for all listing and closing documentation.
• Collect, organize, and maintain seller financials, property information, and data room contents.
• Build and update listing info sheets, deal folders, CRM profiles, and schedule early‑stage logistics such as photography.
• Manage incoming Letters of Intent, coordinate proof of funds, and facilitate offer acceptance processes.
• Oversee inspection, appraisal, and closing logistics, ensuring all parties have required documents and information.
• Send closing wiring instructions and notify internal teams upon deal completion.

Required profile

• Experience in real‑estate transaction coordination, escrow, title, or related brokerage/back‑office roles.
• Strong written and spoken English for direct communication with sellers, lenders, and title companies.
• Excellent organization, ability to juggle multiple deals, and sharp attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Follow Up Boss).
• Familiarity with task‑management platforms, spreadsheets, Google Drive/Google Workspace.
• Experience using DocuSign or similar e‑signature tools.
