About the role

Join Cinemark as a Theatre Team Member and help create a welcoming, entertaining environment for movie‑goers. You will interact directly with guests, handle ticket sales, and support concession operations while ensuring a safe and enjoyable cinema experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and assist them promptly.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for ticket and concession transactions.
• Verify tickets, direct guests to auditoriums, and enforce MPAA rating and company policies.
• Provide information on movies, special events, pricing, and promotions.
• Answer guest phone calls and inquiries professionally.
• Conduct theatre inspections for presentation quality, safety, and security.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby, aisles, restrooms, auditoriums, and parking areas.
• Prepare and serve food, operating cooking, warming, and popping equipment safely.
• Sanitize high‑contact areas regularly and comply with food safety regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and report safety concerns.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Energetic, friendly attitude with strong guest‑service focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
