About the role
Join Invited’s vibrant club environment as a Tennis Shop Attendant, where you will play a key part in delivering a premium tennis experience for members and guests. You will combine customer service, merchandise expertise, and shop operations to support the club’s racquet facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient service at the pro shop register and check‑in players for court use.
- Answer member and guest inquiries about lessons, court reservations, and merchandise in person and by phone.
- Maintain a clean, organized shop; stock and display tennis apparel, equipment, and accessories.
- Assist with inventory control, receive shipments, and place orders for merchandise.
- Process returns, issue credits, and handle daily cash and invoice procedures.
- Support closing duties and ensure all operational standards are met.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a professional, courteous demeanor.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and handle last‑minute requests.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining club standards.
