About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join its Executive Search team. The role focuses on identifying and securing top‑tier leadership talent for the company and its clients, working entirely remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement targeted search strategies for executive and senior‑level talent.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Lead salary negotiations and manage the full offer process for successful placements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Develop and leverage professional networks to source high‑caliber candidates.
• Research market trends to optimize talent acquisition strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience (mandatory).
• Advanced level of English with exceptional communication skills.
• Experience recruiting for the US market and working in remote environments.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, analytical and assessment abilities.
