Spanish-speaking Sales Agent – Forex (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Spanish-speaking Sales Agent to join Falcon Funded’s remote team. The role focuses on engaging inbound leads through chat, promoting our forex funding solutions, and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct chat-based conversations in Spanish with potential inbound leads.
• Use provided scripts as a foundation while tailoring the approach to each customer’s needs.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience and nurture long-term relationships.
• Manage multiple simultaneous customer interactions efficiently.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of proven success in chat-based sales, high-ticket conversion, or remote sales (experience in Fintech, Crypto, or proprietary trading is mandatory).
• Fluent Spanish for client communication and a good level of English for internal coordination.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take responsibility.

Required skills

• Forex trading knowledge.
