Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Spanish-English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat and email while upholding our standards of professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support in both Spanish and English through voice calls and chat interactions.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer-first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships by communicating clearly and empathetically.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service quality.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
