Client Development & Coordinator

About the role

Lingua Learn is seeking a Client Development and Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound calls, provide information on language programs and franchise services, and guide prospects through the sales process. The role supports enrollment and franchise growth targets while ensuring a professional representation of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients, delivering clear information about language courses and franchise opportunities.
• Qualify leads, schedule consultations or follow‑up calls, and update CRM records accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses, smooth onboarding, and consistent client communication.
• Answer customer inquiries, support sales campaigns, and follow up on warm leads.
• Document interactions precisely and maintain organized records to meet enrollment targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills, able to respond clearly to diverse client needs.
• Sales experience including lead qualification, follow‑up, and call‑based conversion techniques.
• Background in insurance or a similar service‑industry, comfortable explaining service packages and benefits.
• Training‑related experience to understand and relay information about language courses and onboarding processes.
• Prior call‑center or tele‑sales experience, familiarity with CRM systems, and basic data‑entry ability.
• Reliable internet connectivity, a quiet remote workspace, and strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional language knowledge is an advantage.
