Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

About the role

Join our TalentPop App team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, providing voice and chat support in both Spanish and English. You will be the friendly voice and helpful presence that our diverse customers rely on, delivering fast and accurate assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound calls, live chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver quick, effective resolutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand and meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback to refine service processes and quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools (a plus).
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems (a plus).
• Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor and a stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.
