Senior Recruiter - Remote Work

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead short- and long‑term staffing projects for a globally distributed tech company. The role involves collaborating with multiple internal teams to source, assess, and present candidates for a variety of client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for the company's openings.
• Gather detailed information on required profiles and assignments.
• Partner with recruiting, operations, and client services to identify candidates and farming opportunities.
• Present candidates to clients and leads.
• Propose improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Systems, HR or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in staffing or project management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.

Required skills

• Full‑cycle recruitment experience (preferred).
