About the role
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic HR Generalist to act as a key liaison between Human Resources and business units, driving people strategies that support organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Facilitate organizational change and culture‑building initiatives.
- Manage payroll processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR roles, preferably in multinational or fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Experience with HRIS systems and data‑driven decision‑making.
