Recruiter & HR Generalist (Remote)

About the role

Invesp, a leading conversion optimisation agency, is looking for a Recruiter & HR Generalist to own the end‑to‑end hiring process and support day‑to‑day HR activities for a fully remote team.

Key responsibilities

• Write and post job ads on LinkedIn and relevant job boards, source candidates, screen resumes and conduct first‑round calls.
• Coordinate interviews, run reference and background checks, prepare offers and manage the signing process.
• Maintain a clear pipeline of open roles, provide weekly status updates and keep candidate communication up‑to‑date.
• Onboard new hires, update the employee handbook, answer HR questions, prepare contracts and set up payroll.
• Handle off‑boarding steps when employees leave.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or small company where you managed hiring independently.
• Experience hiring for both sales and technical roles across multiple countries.
• Strong written English for job posts and candidate communications.
• Some HR generalist experience such as onboarding and employee support.
• Availability to work hours overlapping US Central Time.
