Senior Recruiter – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to partner with senior leadership and drive strategic hiring across our portfolio of property management and real estate companies. This remote position requires a proactive, high‑growth mindset and the ability to bring structure and expertise to the recruiting function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting for entry‑level, corporate, and executive positions, including hard‑to‑fill niche roles.
• Maintain clear communication with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the process.
• Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
• Build and sustain long‑term talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
• Design creative sourcing strategies for competitive talent markets.
• Own candidate tracking in the ATS, ensuring data integrity and clean pipelines.
• Meet recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline conversion, and quality of hire.

Required profile

• 8+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience recruiting for U.S.‑based companies (mandatory).
• Strong background recruiting for property management or real‑estate firms (highly desired).
• Successful track record recruiting executive‑level and niche positions.
• Expertise in advising senior stakeholders and acting as a strategic talent partner.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work consistently during EST business hours.
• Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up capabilities.
