About the role
AZKAIT is a Mexican company that finds and connects the best IT talent with companies across Latin America and the United States. We are looking for your talent to join us as an IT Recruiter.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably handling technology profiles.
- Basic understanding of tech roles such as developers, testers, analysts, etc.
- Advanced Conversational English proficiency (C1) for business conversations.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results‑driven.
Required skills
- Solid experience handling sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, OCC, Indeed, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies or specialized IT recruitment workflows.
