Senior Amazon Account Manager – eCommerce Specialist

About the role

Our client, a specialist in eCommerce solutions, is looking for a Senior Amazon Account Manager to own and grow Amazon Seller Central accounts. You will be the strategic point of contact, driving sales, visibility and overall marketplace performance.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day‑to‑day management and performance of assigned Amazon accounts.
• Monitor core metrics such as sales, profitability, conversion rate, traffic, organic ranking, TACoS and account health.
• Optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, variations, A+ Content).
• Develop and execute strategies to boost sales, visibility and organic growth.
• Oversee Amazon PPC campaigns, either directly or with specialists.
• Analyse Business Reports, Brand Analytics and advertising data to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Manage inventory levels, FBA performance and restocking to avoid stockouts or excess.
• Address account health issues, listing suppressions, policy problems and stranded inventory.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions and other marketplace initiatives.
• Collaborate with creative, operations and marketing teams to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Proven track record of driving marketplace growth and sales.
• Strong understanding of Amazon ecosystem, including FBA, PPC, SEO and account health.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
