Digital Marketing Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to design, execute, and optimise data‑driven campaigns that expand our brand presence and generate qualified leads across global markets. This full‑time remote position will focus on multi‑channel strategies for expatriates, businesses, and high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage SEO, SEM, email, social, and content marketing campaigns.
• Analyse performance metrics, produce reports and recommend optimisation actions.
• Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to refine audience targeting.
• Oversee marketing automation workflows and maintain brand consistency.
• Coordinate with external partners and continuously test creative assets, landing pages and funnels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing strategy across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Bilingual English–Spanish skills are a plus.
• Experience in insurance, financial services or other regulated industries is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent practical experience.
