About the role
We are hiring a proactive Remote Lead Generator to manage client accounts, drive ROI goals, and help build an autonomous marketing team. The position is part‑time, fully remote, and operates on a 4‑hour shift aligned with Pacific Standard Time. Compensation is $300 per month.
Key responsibilities
- Send LinkedIn connection requests, reply promptly to follow‑up messages, and engage contacts after connection acceptance.
- Oversee up to four client accounts during the shift, ensuring consistent performance, high engagement rates, and achievement of ROI targets.
- Brainstorm and implement innovative ideas to boost client retention, free up founder time, and improve overall marketing efficiency.
Required profile
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Independent, self‑directed and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
- LinkedIn outreach experience is a strong plus; critical thinker who brings solutions, hard‑working, focused and maintains positive vibes.
