Rust Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Rust Engineer to design and build high‑performance backend services and systems‑level applications. You will work remotely with a global team of top‑tier engineers, delivering memory‑safe, fast, and scalable solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Rust and frameworks such as Actix or Axum.
• Implement non‑blocking I/O and asynchronous patterns for concurrent systems.
• Build scalable API architectures with gRPC or JSON‑RPC.
• Integrate and optimize PostgreSQL data layers ensuring high integrity.
• Orchestrate deployment and lifecycle management in AWS cloud environments.
• Profile performance, benchmark, and resolve bottlenecks.

Required profile

• 4+ years of software engineering experience focused on Rust and systems programming.
• Proven ability to build backend services with Actix or Axum.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL schema design.
• Deep understanding of async programming and concurrent system design.
• Experience with gRPC or JSON‑RPC communication protocols.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
