About the role

Everlast Bathrooms is looking for a dedicated Remote Appointment Setter to join its team. This full‑time position supports the bathroom remodeling division by scheduling client appointments and managing leads from outside the United States.

Key responsibilities

Contact potential customers to set up appointments for the remodeling team.
Maintain accurate lead records and ensure a smooth appointment process.
Provide a professional, positive demeanor during all interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to align schedules and customer expectations.

Required profile

Fluent or bilingual proficiency in English.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently in a remote, team‑oriented environment.
Previous experience in sales, scheduling, or customer‑facing roles is a plus.

Required skills

Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Proficiency in appointment setting and scheduling.
Familiarity with basic CRM software (beneficial).
