Quality Control Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a remote Quality Control Specialist to ensure the accuracy, consistency and brand alignment of all marketing content across multiple brands. The role is pivotal in maintaining high communication standards, credibility and compliance as our marketing output expands.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve marketing deliverables—including copy, graphics, email campaigns, landing pages and paid ads—for grammar, clarity and brand consistency.
• Oversee audio and video editing of podcast episodes, ensuring technical quality and narrative coherence.
• Enforce brand guidelines, editorial tone and visual identity across all channels.
• Establish and optimise pre‑launch review processes to avoid operational errors and calendar delays.
• Detect and mitigate risks by identifying inconsistencies, information errors or strategic misalignments early.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, CRO and Content teams to guarantee quality standards.
• Verify compliance with industry standards, particularly for immigration‑related services.
• Provide structured feedback to creators and suggest improvements for clarity, engagement and conversion.
• Maintain quality guidelines, checklists and review logs for internal use.

Required profile

• Strong English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Based in LATAM with time‑zone alignment to the Marketing team.
• Minimum 2 years experience in audiovisual production, podcasting, quality control, content review or marketing operations within agencies or media companies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
• Experience reviewing digital marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, emails and social media content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Audiovisual Communication, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
