Property Valuation Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Property Valuation Assistant to support our client’s investment decisions. The role combines financial modeling, market research, and report preparation to evaluate real‑estate opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Research real‑estate databases for comparable data and communicate findings with brokers.
• Analyze real‑estate investments, including acquisitions and developments.
• Create financial models to assess property performance and returns.
• Research market trends, property data, and comparable sales or rentals.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and clients.
• Assist with due diligence, reviewing leases and financial documents.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Real Estate Analyst or similar role.
• Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate.
• Strong analytical ability and independent thinking.
• Familiarity with FileMaker Pro and advanced internet searching.
• Knowledge of real‑estate metrics such as cap rates, NOI, and IRR.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication.
