Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal – Remote (US Law Firm)

About the role

Voxidea is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support US law firms remotely. You will work from your home office in Latin America, handling case documentation, legal research, and client communication while gaining experience in personal injury law.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, and review pleadings, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents for personal injury cases.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research, focusing on police records, medical files, and discovery materials.
• Communicate with clients, answer inquiries, and provide updates on claim status.
• Maintain accurate case files, ensure timely filings, and coordinate document collection and delivery.
• Assist attorneys with administrative tasks and case progress reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a US personal injury law firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Bilingual proficiency in English (C1+) and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Resides permanently in Latin America with a reliable laptop (2017+ model) and stable internet connection.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal case management software such as Clio or MyCase.
