About the role
The Contract Analyst supports the creation and execution of the Annual Contracting and Procurement Plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget. This role works closely with end‑user departments and suppliers to manage contracts throughout their lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze service requirements, determine sourcing strategies, and conduct supplier selections following corporate guidelines.
- Prepare, execute, and administer contracts, selecting appropriate models and securing necessary approvals.
- Track supplier performance, drive improvements, and manage contractual disputes and negotiations.
- Maintain a reliable database of contracts, service orders, and related documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and strong analytical abilities.
- At least 1 year of experience in sourcing, contracting, or supply chain management.
