Part-Time Retail Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, customer‑focused individual to join our store team on a part‑time basis. In this role you will provide fast, courteous service at the point of sale while helping create a positive shopping experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions and offer assistance with products and services.
• Operate the cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and process all forms of payment accurately.
• Maintain point‑of‑sale standards, balance registers, handle cash and change orders.
• Support inventory accuracy through proper merchandise disposition and replenishment.
• Assist in training new team members on store procedures and brand standards.
• Participate in daily service tasks such as cash balancing, supply replenishment and store upkeep.

Required profile

• Excellent customer‑service attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• No prior retail experience required; client‑facing experience is a plus.
