Assistant Retreat Director – PM & Weekends

About the role

Massage Heights is seeking an energetic Assistant Retreat Director to lead operations during evenings and weekends when the Retreat Director is away. You will drive sales, coach a team of hourly staff, and ensure guests receive a welcoming, high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary leader for all Retreat operations in the absence of the Retreat Director.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals while helping the team meet theirs.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members to perform at their best.
• Create an upbeat, service‑driven environment where guests feel valued.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales and retail management experience.
• Proven experience managing hourly teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
• People‑first mindset with exceptional guest‑service instincts.
• Solid computer skills and comfort with standard software.
• Bonus points for industry experience.
