Paralegal with US Litigation Experience – Fully Remote

About the role

Voxidea is seeking experienced litigation paralegals to support U.S.-based attorneys remotely. You will play a critical role throughout the litigation process, from case development and discovery to settlement or trial, handling high‑volume caseloads with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and prepare complaints, answers, motions, demand letters, and other pleadings under attorney supervision.
• Manage discovery requests and responses, including interrogatories, requests for production, and admissions.
• Organize and maintain litigation files, exhibits, and evidence, ensuring all deadlines and filing requirements are met.
• Assist with deposition preparation, witness coordination, and trial material preparation.
• Conduct factual investigations, review medical and employment records, and produce chronologies, summaries, and case status reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a paralegal or litigation support professional on U.S. litigation matters.
• Strong written English skills and ability to produce accurate, professional legal documents.
• Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and communicate proactively with attorneys.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal case management systems and document management tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
