Outside Services Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Outside Services Supervisor to lead the outside services team at one of our private clubs. The role ensures members and guests receive seamless, high‑quality service throughout their golf experience, from cart and bag handling to practice area preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Outside Services team, handling recruitment, hiring, scheduling and training to maintain service excellence.
• Monitor staff time reporting for accuracy and compliance with club policies.
• Assist golfers with bag loading, club cleaning, play preparation, etiquette guidance and post‑round support.
• Oversee cleanliness, organization and functionality of all outside service areas, including the golf‑cart fleet, club storage and practice facilities.
• Address maintenance needs or equipment issues promptly to ensure optimal readiness.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals and starters to deliver smooth service across the course.
• Maintain tidy, debris‑free environments in the pro‑shop, practice areas and cart staging zones.
• Ensure timely completion of daily assignments such as practice facility preparation and pro‑shop stocking.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned and adhere to all company, club and department policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising a service team in a hospitality or golf‑club environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to guide members on golf etiquette.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining service areas.
• Ability to train, mentor and develop staff.
• Flexibility to assist across various club functions as needed.
