Managing Director – Retail & Online Gaming & Betting (Spanish Speaker)

About the role

The Managing Director – Retail & Online Gaming will lead the strategic, operational, commercial and financial performance of an omnichannel gaming business. Reporting to the executive board, the role drives expansion, profitability and innovation across retail and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead national expansion initiatives, open new points of sale and negotiate strategic agreements with retail chains.
• Develop and execute market penetration, acquisition, merger and franchise strategies.
• Oversee commercial and marketing functions including CRM, digital marketing, affiliate and VIP programs.
• Define technology strategy for online platforms, mobile apps, gaming terminals and retail infrastructure.
• Manage supplier and technology integrations with vendors such as Golden Race, Altenar, Evolution and EGT.
• Establish SOPs, operational KPIs, reporting systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build and lead high‑performance management teams across all business units.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the gaming industry.
• At least 8 years in a senior executive role (General Manager, Managing Director, CEO, COO or equivalent).
• Proven track record managing large‑scale operations with P&L responsibility exceeding US$50 million.
• Experience leading national expansion projects and overseeing 500+ employees.
• Strong regulatory and compliance background in omnichannel gaming.
