Junior Graphic Designer & Digital Asset Operations Specialist

About the role

Beauty by Earth is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer who will also manage digital assets. The role blends creative production in Figma with the organization, consent tracking, and performance optimization of user‑generated and brand assets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Graphic Designer with daily production work in Figma.
• Create and update product image stacks, website and app banners, package inserts, swag, freebies, marketing collateral, and e‑commerce assets.
• Perform basic image editing and retouching, and prepare production‑ready files for multiple teams.
• Log, track, and verify consent for all user‑generated content.
• Tag and rename assets using Beauty by Earth’s taxonomy and naming conventions.
• Organize new assets in the Air DAM system with correct folder structure and metadata.
• Audit existing libraries to remove duplicates, outdated files, and assets with missing or expired consent.
• Collaborate with marketing, paid media, and creative teams to ensure assets are activation‑ready.
• Maintain SOPs and produce a weekly report on new creative, gaps, and opportunities.

Required profile

• Junior‑level designer comfortable supporting a senior creative.
• Strong attention to detail for asset documentation and consent management.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across marketing, ecommerce, and operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with digital asset management systems (Air).
• Basic image editing/retouching skills.
• Metadata tagging and standardized naming conventions.
