Remote Video Clipper & Editor

About the role

Interbrokers Insurance Group is seeking a remote Video Clipper – Video Editor to create engaging video content that supports marketing, education, and client communication initiatives. The role involves turning raw footage into polished videos for social media, web, and training platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Clip, assemble, and edit raw footage into short‑form and long‑form videos.
• Add motion graphics, titles, visual elements and perform basic color grading.
• Optimize videos for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to interpret briefs and refine storylines.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure delivery on schedule and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong video production and editing skills for both short‑form and long‑form content.
• Proficiency in video color grading and motion‑graphics creation.
• Experience with professional editing software and motion‑design tools.
• Understanding of social‑media video formats and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multicultural, bilingual environment.
