Architect Drafter - Interior Design

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Interior Architectural Drafter to join our design team. Working closely with interior designers and architects, you will translate creative concepts into precise construction drawings that meet technical standards and building codes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, interior elevations, and detailed millwork drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Convert designer sketches, space‑planning concepts, and mood boards into coordinated construction drawing sets.
• Specify and document interior finishes, furniture layouts, fixtures, and hardware details.
• Update drawing sets to reflect design changes, client feedback, and site conditions.
• Coordinate with general contractors, MEP consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure all interior layouts comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.

Required profile

• Strong engineering or architectural background with proven drafting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Excellent spatial awareness, mathematical accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed records.
