IT Recruiter – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Recruiter to join AZKAIT, a Mexican company that connects top IT talent with companies across Latin America and the United States. The role is fully remote and focused on sourcing and placing technology professionals for our clients.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with technology profiles.
• Basic understanding of tech roles such as developers, testers, and analysts.
• Advanced conversational English (C1) and ability to hold business conversations.
• Highly organized, proactive and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, OCC, Indeed, etc.).
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – nice‑to‑have.
• Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies – nice‑to‑have.
• Relevant certifications or coursework in Tech Recruitment or Talent Acquisition – nice‑to‑have.
