International Talent Acquisition Freelancer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive International Talent Acquisition Freelancer to join our global recruitment team. In this remote position you will manage end‑to‑end hiring processes for multilingual candidates across Asia, supporting a variety of BPO roles and European market placements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and job specifications.
• Publish vacancies on international job boards and social platforms.
• Source and engage candidates through social media, professional networks and resume databases.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and assess qualifications.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, track progress and ensure smooth placement with clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with past applicants and potential talent pools.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold‑calling or candidate sourcing.
• Background in BPO recruitment (customer service, marketing, sales).
• Familiarity with the European market recruitment landscape.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week, preferably mornings to afternoons.
• Fluent English and proficiency in one or more additional languages.

Required skills

• Experience using social media and professional networking sites for talent sourcing.
• Ability to work with resume databases and applicant tracking tools.
