Intake Case Manager – Personal Injury

About the role

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Intake Case Manager to guide personal injury clients through the early stages of their cases. You will provide exceptional support, ensuring a smooth transition from intake to case progression while helping move claims efficiently toward resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury clients from intake through case progression.
• Apply knowledge of bodily injury claims and pre‑litigation case management processes.
• Identify cases eligible for Full Demand, Quick Demand, or Global Demand and submit them to the appropriate department.
• Review and submit potential production cases for attorney evaluation.
• Qualify clients for Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits.
• Assist clients with property damage matters, including loss of use.

Required profile

• Proven experience in personal injury intake or case management.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a high‑volume caseload in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for helping injured clients and delivering exceptional service.
