About the role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join BairesDev’s remote development team. In this role you will collaborate with multicultural teams worldwide to build and improve data‑driven applications that have a direct impact on our clients’ businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Interview Data Scientists and Data Engineers to evaluate technical skills and feed the results into our product.
• Help design and implement predictive, fair, and user‑friendly solutions based on interview data.
• Collaborate with developers, technology leaders and solution architects to create scalable applications.
• Enhance existing data structures, add new functionalities and propose technology upgrades.
• Improve user experience on high‑availability platforms.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience as a software developer.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on experience managing data loads and ensuring data quality.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
