Healthcare Recruiter – Full Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition for medical positions. You will partner with hiring managers, source qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for healthcare roles, from requisition to offer.
• Validate job requirements with hiring managers and manage a high volume of requisitions.
• Source candidates via the ATS, internal talent pools, and external platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Facebook.
• Review resumes, present shortlists to hiring managers, and respond to candidate inquiries.
• Maintain recruitment metrics, project documentation, and support team projects as needed.
• Develop and communicate recruitment policies and guidelines.

Required skills

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with project‑management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
• Familiarity with job boards and social media sourcing (LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook).
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Use of recruitment software and time‑tracking tools such as Hubstaff.
• Comfort with communication platforms like WhatsApp and Zoom.
