Graphic Designer – Proof

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Graphic Designer to join our Proof Team. In this position you will create production‑ready artwork proofs for promotional and customizable products, ensuring every file meets the highest standards before it moves to manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Create accurate artwork proofs for client approval.
• Prepare print‑ready files that follow all technical specifications, including sizing, bleed, color mode, and resolution.
• Maintain strict alignment with client brand guidelines and review layouts for spacing, typography, and visual consistency.
• Manage multiple proofs daily while preserving quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Production teams to prevent errors and delays.

Required profile

• Detail‑obsessed and process‑driven, able to handle repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy.
• Proactive in identifying potential production issues before they arise.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Reliable and accountable in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Strong communication skills, especially in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory).
• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
