Google Ads Specialist – Remote, Performance Marketing

About the role

This remote position is for a Google Ads Specialist who will own end‑to‑end performance‑marketing campaigns for a portfolio of eCommerce and lead‑generation clients. You will work directly with clients, using data‑driven strategies to drive conversions and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise full‑funnel Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) across multiple accounts.
• Structure campaigns from the ground up, including keyword architecture, bidding strategies, audience layering and creative testing.
• Monitor performance daily, making rapid decisions to improve CPA, ROAS and overall revenue impact.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports in clear, professional English.
• Present results and recommendations on client calls with confidence.
• Integrate AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) into workflow to increase productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads Search and Shopping campaigns.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable eCommerce conversions or lead‑generation results.
• Fluent, professional English – both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, CAC and LTV metrics.
• Ability to juggle several client accounts without losing focus.
