Full-Time Housekeeping & Operations (Janitorial)

About the role

As a Housekeeping & Operations associate you will ensure a safe and clean environment throughout the store. You will perform daily cleaning tasks efficiently and support operational processes to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean all store areas—including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles—following Kohl's standards.
• Use only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor and replenish company‑approved chemicals and supplies, ensuring proper storage and rotation.
• Complete required training for chemical handling, equipment use, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance according to company guidelines.
• Utilize Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the store team.
• Assist the operations team with product receiving, stockroom tasks, and omni‑channel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service orientation with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
