French Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our TalentPop App team. You will provide voice and chat support to a diverse customer base, using both Spanish and English to resolve issues quickly and create a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chat messages, and emails, delivering exceptional support.
• Troubleshoot customer problems and find fast, effective solutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand needs and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Previous bilingual support experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
• Personal computer with a minimum i5 processor.
• Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps upload and download.
