About the role
This full-time, on-site position in Caracas seeks a Founder to drive the creation and execution of bespoke furniture and interior design projects. The role combines creative leadership with business development to bring client visions to life.
Key responsibilities
- Define and communicate the company’s creative vision.
- Lead and manage design projects from concept to delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee a team of designers and builders.
- Ensure projects meet aesthetic and functional standards.
- Participate in business operations, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives.
Required profile
- Expertise in furniture design and interior design.
- Strong leadership, project management and team-building experience.
- Proven client relationship management skills.
- Business acumen with strategic planning and marketing abilities.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Degree in Design, Architecture, Business Administration or a related field.
Required skills
- Proficiency with design software or tools.
