About the role

This full-time, on-site position in Caracas seeks a Founder to drive the creation and execution of bespoke furniture and interior design projects. The role combines creative leadership with business development to bring client visions to life.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the company’s creative vision.
• Lead and manage design projects from concept to delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee a team of designers and builders.
• Ensure projects meet aesthetic and functional standards.
• Participate in business operations, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Expertise in furniture design and interior design.
• Strong leadership, project management and team-building experience.
• Proven client relationship management skills.
• Business acumen with strategic planning and marketing abilities.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Degree in Design, Architecture, Business Administration or a related field.
