Graphic Designer – Events & Branding

About the role

ECP is a leading conference, exhibition and event management company delivering high‑quality projects across Africa and internationally. We are looking for a talented and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and create compelling visual content for multiple platforms and events.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, design and produce creative materials for conferences, exhibitions, publications, digital platforms and corporate branding initiatives.
• Design brochures, publications, advertising and marketing materials, signage, logos, corporate identity documents, website concepts/prototypes, digital media, venue and exhibition branding.
• Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, branding materials and website prototypes.
• Prepare rough drafts based on briefs and review final layouts, suggesting improvements where needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience in events, exhibitions, conferences, advertising or corporate branding is advantageous.
• Experience managing print production processes is a plus.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking, attention to detail, layout and typography skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Team player with leadership capabilities.
