E-commerce Listing Designer and Optimizer

About the role

We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented E‑commerce Listing Designer and Optimizer to join our growing team. You will craft high‑performing product listings for major marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Shopify, combining visual design with SEO‑driven copy to boost rankings and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise product listings across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify and other channels.
• Conduct keyword research using Helium 10, Keepa and marketplace data, and embed keywords naturally in titles, bullet points, descriptions and backend terms.
• Create conversion‑focused copy and compelling visual assets, leveraging AI image generation and design tools.
• Produce Amazon A+ Content, Brand Stores, image stacks and manage listing variations.
• Analyse competitor listings, customer reviews and market trends to refine product positioning.
• Collaborate with photographers, designers and external creative teams through clear briefs.
• Monitor PPC performance, Amazon Attribution and external traffic sources to inform optimisation.

Required profile

• Professional attitude with strong ethical standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (upper‑intermediate to advanced).
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Team‑player who can coordinate information between specialist groups.
