Creative Marketing Coordinator – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

Chapman Management Group is looking for a talented Creative Marketing Coordinator based in Latin America to work remotely as an independent contractor. You will create visual assets that support property leasing, brand promotion, and digital communications while collaborating closely with the Marketing Analytics Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital flyers, promotional graphics, and event materials for properties and company announcements.
• Create engaging social‑media visuals and templates for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Support website design updates and manage visual content on the site.
• Assist with logo design, branding refreshes, and ensure brand consistency across all outputs.
• Develop and maintain reusable branded templates for newsletters, signage, and other recurring needs.
• Resize and adapt existing assets for multiple platforms and formats.
• Organise and maintain a digital asset library of approved graphics, photos, and templates.
• Contribute to virtual tours, video clips, or other multimedia assets as required.
• Meet deadlines while handling several projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design or creative marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, social‑media content, and branding work.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely with a marketing team.
