Content Strategy Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Content Strategy Coordinator to join our full‑time team at Click and Sell Marketing Agency. You will work with U.S. home‑service clients, shaping content that drives business results rather than just posting for the sake of posting.

Key responsibilities

• Create monthly content calendars for each client.
• Define content ideas, pillars, captions, and basic video scripts.
• Coordinate designers, video editors, copywriters, and internal teams to produce content.
• Review all content for clarity, brand alignment, and business purpose.
• Track deadlines, revisions, approvals, and pending tasks.
• Suggest improvements based on client goals, industry trends, and performance data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content strategy or social‑media marketing.
• Strong writing skills in Spanish.
• Highly organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated remote worker who requires minimal supervision.
• Good judgment to understand businesses, offers, and target audiences.
• Full‑time availability.

Required skills

• Project‑management tools such as Asana, Trello or Notion.
• Design and video tools like Canva and CapCut.
• Content platforms including WordPress, Meta Business Suite or GoHighLevel.
