About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Business Operations Coordinator to support core workflows such as client onboarding, billing coordination, contract administration, and internal system maintenance. This remote position works closely with internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth experiences and accurate operational processes.
Key responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end client onboarding and ensure seamless transitions.
- Coordinate billing workflows, invoicing, and accounts‑receivable tracking.
- Assist with contract preparation, organization, and documentation management.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and other internal operational tools.
- Monitor workflows to guarantee timely and accurate task completion.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation across all systems.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Comfortable in a client‑facing environment.
- Detail‑oriented with high accountability and follow‑through.
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM and operational tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n) is a plus.
