About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our growing EBT food delivery support operation. The role is phone‑heavy, focusing on outbound outreach, intake screenings, and guiding Spanish‑speaking clients through qualification processes.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to Spanish‑speaking clients.
• Conduct intake and screening calls professionally.
• Ask basic eligibility and medical‑related questions.
• Enter customer information accurately into systems and forms.
• Follow call scripts and established workflows.
• Assist customers with questions and support needs.
• Maintain accurate records and detailed notes.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong verbal communication.
• Comfortable making high‑volume phone calls.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong data entry and organizational abilities.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
• Professional phone presence.
• Full‑time availability from 9 AM – 5 PM Eastern Time.
