Bilingual Customer Support Representative (English/Spanish) – Remote

About the role

Join Mindy Support as a remote, full‑time Customer Support Representative handling inquiries in both English and Spanish. You will work with a global client base, providing assistance via email, chat, and phone while following a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to tickets (email and chat) in English and Spanish using Impress CRM.
• Provide phone support in both languages, addressing payment, appointment, and cancellation queries.
• Handle specific customer requests, complaints, and social‑media messages.
• Maintain and update customer data in the client’s systems.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor and report to senior management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer support, preferably with English‑speaking callers.
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1‑C2) and Spanish (C1).
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, be detail‑oriented, and collaborate in a team.

Required skills

• Experience with Impress CRM or similar platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
• Proficiency with G Suite.
• Basic technical setup: Windows 10+, 8 GB RAM, 50 MB+ internet speed.
