About the role

Join our TalentPop App team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, providing voice and chat support in both Spanish and English. You will be the friendly voice and helpful support that our customers rely on, delivering fast and effective resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound calls, chat, and email, ensuring high‑quality service.
• Troubleshoot issues, find quick resolutions, and personalize interactions.

• Provide feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
