Required skills

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar customer‑service tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently with a reliable internet connection.
